"I have learnt silence from the talkative, toleration from the intolerant, and kindness from the unkind; yet strange, I am ungrateful to these teachers." - Kahlil Gibran
Great job, Sara, really. Shading and lighting is amazing. Pose is pretty sleek. Like the mini dragon on her hand ^-^ Nice touch. Folds are awesome. One thing that kinda throws me off is that the hair's blowing in the wind, but the hanging sleeve isn't from what I can see. That's the only flaw I can really see. Anatomy is awesome. The background gives me a floaty feeling .-. Sparkly... So 1 to 10, 9 for the sleeve (DON'TKILLME) Good luck, Sara ^-^
From a non judge point of view, I'm rootin' for ya! 8D

For me.....the world.....consits of people o love. If those people are not here, It's as if my world doesn't exist.
Technical Skill:9.9
I can really only sum it up in one word: Epic. This piece without a doubt shows off an incredible amount of artistic skill. The painted look is very appealing and beautiful. One can really see a lot of the hand at work in this piece. A lot of CG artists tend to try and hide the hand in their work, and that's ok, but I think the look of an oil painting you have going here works incredibly well. Despite my best efforts, I find it difficult to find any flaws in anatomy, linework or shading. The linework is confident and smooth, the lighting shows off very intricate and complex effects like radiosity, and the cloth is shaded incredibly well. I think this piece shows that without a doubt you are one of the best artists on dA. Just don't forget me when you have a hojillion pageviews and are watched by everyone on the planet!
Composition:9.7
Let me start off by saying there are a lot of things I don't like compositionally. I'm not a fan of 4 limbed dragons, and red is my least favorite color, so it wouldn't be my first pick for the most prevalent color in the piece. Now let me say that I simply don't care. The way you have executed the piece makes all of that irrelevant, because the piece is simply so overwhelmingly beautiful. I think that is also a testament to your talent as an artist, as it takes real skill to make someone like something they normally wouldn't.
What really does bug me about the piece is that it's so small. Something this nice draws you in and makes you want to get closer, so being stuck at a distant read is very frustrating; I find myself staring at the piece, wanting to zoom in and soak in all that beautiful detail. This is definitely a piece I would love to see as a print, the bigger the better. :>
Dragon-dragoon does make a good point about the hair vs the sleeve, but I think it's not a distracting issue, and one can simply explain it away with assuming the hair is flowing due to Roe'el turning her head or something.
Originality:9.6
I think the originality of the piece is self-evident. You've definitely taken Roe'el and expressed her in your own style. The interpretation is unique, yet still unmistakeably Roe'el.
Character:9.7
I'm somewhat divided on the eyes. They seem to lack emotion and depth, as though a part of her soul is missing. But I also think that could actually work very well for Roe'el, given her personality and background. What I do find myself missing however, is the deep, soul searching stare that was the reason I chose grey eyes for her. Overall however, the neutral, fatalistic expression is definitely fitting. I think you've shown you understand Roe'el's character very well.
